BY PURCHASING A TRADEMARKS FARM FLOWER CSA/SHARE/SUBSCRIPTION, EITHER FOR YOURSELF OR AS A GIFT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE RECIPIENT:
I understand that by signing up for a flower CSA share (by purchasing a share online), my spot has been reserved for me in the respective flower CSA. There are no refunds for cancellation of my flower share once purchased. Members may choose to find a different person to transfer their flower share to.
I understand that if I am gifting a CSA voucher, I must provide the recipient with instructions to redeem the voucher, which is provided in the order confirmation email. It may also be found HERE.
SEASONAL SHARES
I understand that Trademarks Flower Farm reserves the right to change the pick up dates of the flower share, based on external factors such as weather conditions and crop bloom times. I am aware that Trademarks Farm will email me with updates and reminders, and that it is my responsibility to contact the farm if I am not receiving any email communication within two weeks of the expected start date (pick up dates are listed under each flower CSA’s product descriptions, and are included in the order confirmation emails). I understand that I MUST add Hello@trademarksflowers.com to my email contact list, in addition to checking spam/promotions tabs to avoid missing any email communications.
FLOWER PICK UP
I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up the flower bouquets at the location during the designated time frame that I signed up for. I understand that if I need to miss a pick up, I can have a friend pick it up for me (friends love being gifted flowers!), or I will forfeit my share for that week. I understand that Trademarks Flower Farm and its associated pick up locations cannot accommodate pick ups outside of the designated pick up days & time frames that I signed up for and agreed to.
REWARDS AND RISKS OF FARMING
I understand that as a member, I share both the rewards and the risks of farming. I understand that the rewards include incredibly fresh, gorgeous, and premium high quality flowers, and the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or extreme pest pressure, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster. I understand that in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, extreme pest pressure, drought, floods, or loss of crops or crop failure for any reason at all may result in a small or non-existent share of the season’s harvest. That being said, Trademarks Flower Farm does all that they can do ensure an abundant supply of gorgeous, sustainably grown flowers, and have never failed to produce perfect product for share members.
FLOWER CARE
I understand that flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life of 3-6+ days. Trademarks Flower Farm provides flower care instructions at the start of each flower share. I understand that all flowers were harvested in peak condition, and that all varieties have a different vase life, dependent on care. Trademarks Flower Farm will not be held responsible for poor vase life or flower quality due to improper flower care once I receive my flowers.
COMMUNICATION
By signing up for the flower share, I agree to add Hello@trademarksflowers.com to my email contacts. This is how Trademarks Farm will communicate. Trademarks Farm will not be held responsible for e-mails going to your spam folder or promotions tabs. I will notify the farm immediately if I do not receive a receipt upon payment or flower share notification emails within one weeks of the expected start date (listed in the description of the flower share I am signed up for, and in the order confirmation email). I will not hold Trademarks Flower Farm responsible for missed pick ups due to failure to add Hello@trademarksflowers.com to my contact list and therefore missing important emails. I agree to forfeit any flowers not picked up due to missed email communications or for any reason whatsoever.

What is a CSA Subscription?
A MadBlooms CSA Subscription is based on the CSA, or Community Supported Agriculture model. By committing to purchasing our blooms on a consistent basis through the season, our supporters are able to directly contribute to the practice of sustainable farming methods, benefitting the health of the community and ecosystem.
Knowing that our blooms have a confirmed destination allows us to plan effectively and focus more attention on improving the health of our soil and growing more beautiful, pesticide-and chemical-free blooms!
